본 개인정보 처리방침은 모바일 애플리케이션 「마늘 사이소:트럭 키우기」(이하 "앱") 이용 시 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다. 본 앱은 혜패(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 광고 지원 게임이며, 있는 그대로 제공됩니다.

1. 요약

• 앱 내 회원가입·이름·이메일·전화번호 입력을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 개발자 자체 서버에 이용자 프로필을 저장하지 않습니다.
• 게임 데이터는 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. Google Play Games 로그인 시 클라우드에도 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 광고, 인앱결제, 선택적 클라우드 저장을 위해 Google 서비스를 사용합니다.

2. 기기 내부에 저장되는 정보

게임 제공을 위해 다음 정보가 이용자 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다(PlayerPrefs 등).

• 게임 진행 데이터(재화, 업그레이드, 스킨, 부동산, 설정 등)
• 언어 설정
• 오프라인 보상·광고 보상 일일 횟수 관련 정보

3.2 Google Play 결제 (인앱 구매)

앱은 선택적 인앱 구매(광고 제거, 보석 등)를 제공합니다. 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, Google은 구매 내역 등 거래 정보를 수집·보관할 수 있습니다. 카드·계좌 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며, 개발자는 결제 정보를 직접 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

3.3 Google Play Games (선택적 클라우드 저장)

Google Play Games에 로그인하면, 게임 저장 데이터가 Google Play Games Saved Games를 통해 업로드·다운로드되어 동일 Google 계정의 다른 기기에서 진행 상황을 복원할 수 있습니다.

로그인하지 않거나 로그인에 실패하면, 기기 내부 저장만으로 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 앱에서 직접 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호
• 정확한 위치(GPS)
• 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라
• 설치된 다른 앱 목록

5. 법령에 따른 공개

법령·법원 명령 등 정당한 요청이 있는 경우, 권리·안전 보호, 사기·보안 조사 등 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 정보가 공개될 수 있습니다.

8. 아동

본 앱은 콘텐츠 등급상 전체이용가입니다. 13세 미만을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, Play 대상 연령에 13세 미만은 포함하지 않습니다. 13세 미만 이용 시 보호자 동의·감독을 권장합니다. 개발자는 13세 미만 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 

9. 보안

본 앱은 개발자 자체 이용자 DB를 운영하지 않습니다. Google 서비스로 전송되는 데이터는 해당 서비스가 제공하는 HTTPS/TLS 등 표준 암호화를 통해 보호됩니다.

10. 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 문서와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Nyannyangtruck:Truck Tycoon(the "Application") handles information when you download and use it. The Application is provided by Hyepae (the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported game. The Application is offered "AS IS."

1. Summary

• The Application does not require you to create an in-app account or submit your name, email address, or phone number.
• The Service Provider does not operate its own backend server to store user profiles.
• Game progress is stored on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, progress may also be stored in Google cloud save.
• The Application uses third-party services from Google for ads, in-app purchases, and optional cloud save.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide core gameplay, the Application stores data locally on your device (for example, using PlayerPrefs or similar local storage), including:

• Game progress (money, upgrades, skins, apartments, settings, and similar gameplay data)
• Language preference
• Offline reward timestamps and ad reward daily limits
• In-app purchase entitlement flags (for example, ad removal)

This local data is used for app functionality and is not sent to the Service Provider's own servers.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

The Application displays ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and process information such as:

• Advertising ID (and related device or app identifiers used for ads)
• Ad interactions (for example, impressions, clicks, and rewarded ad completions)

This information is transmitted off your device and may be shared with Google and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

In regions where required, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent before personalized ads.

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, manage consent when prompted, or purchase the in-app "remove ads" product to stop ad display in the Application.

3.2 Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

The Application offers optional in-app purchases (for example, ad removal and gem packs). Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google may collect and store purchase history and related transaction data. Payment card or banking details are processed by Google; the Service Provider does not receive or store your payment credentials.

3.3 Google Play Games (Optional Cloud Save)

If you sign in with Google Play Games, the Application may upload and download your game save data through Google Play Games Saved Games so you can restore progress on another device signed into the same Google account.

If sign-in fails or you do not use Play Games, the Application continues to work using local save data only.

4. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

The Application does not directly collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Precise location (GPS)
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content
• A list of other apps installed on your device

5. Legal Disclosures

The Service Provider may disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud or security issues, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Your Choices

• Stop local data collection: uninstall the Application or clear app data in your device settings.
• Ads: use device ad settings, UMP consent choices, or purchase ad removal.
• Cloud save: use or avoid Google Play Games sign-in.
• Purchases: purchases occur only when you choose to buy; manage purchase history in Google Play.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Cloud save data is retained according to Google's policies while you use Play Games with the Application. Purchase records are retained by Google Play.

8. Children

Rated for general audiences. Not marketed primarily to children under 13; target ages exclude under 13. Under 13: parental consent and supervision recommended. 

9. Security

The Service Provider does not operate its own user database for this Application. Data transmitted to Google services is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) as provided by those services.

10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
